POSTAGE

Crystals of Auz uses Express Post as a preferred method of delivery, unless in unique circumstances special arrangement is made with an individual customer.

up to 500g - $12.00 (no insurance)

up to 3kg - $17.00 (no insurance)


At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Orders can take up to a maximum of 7 days for delivery although 99% of orders sent are received within 3 working days we always endeavour to get it to you as quickly as possible.

We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Delivered in 7 - 14 days anywhere around the world. International shipping does not include insurance unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us today to get a price on shipping to your country.

Small satchel (22.5 x 35.5cm) up to 500g - $20
Medium satchel (26.5 x 37.5cm) up to 1kg - $28
Large satchel (31 x 40.5cm) up to 2kg - $39

The prices stated above are only a reference, and may vary at any point in time.
Crystals of Auz will contact you after packaging your products to confirm the postage price (which in Australia and NZ includes tracking and SMS notifications). If a signature is required, it costs an extra $6.

INSURANCE
We highly suggest that you insure your order, through your broker, or ask us for insurance, as there is no insurance on any order.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / CREDITS
Refunds, Exchanges and Credits only apply if the item has arrived in a damaged condition, and must be claimed within 7 days of date of invoice. Returned freight is the responsibility of the customer.
